Brand-specific templates

By default, every brand uses your global rebuttal letters. When one brand needs different wording — a different tone, a product-specific argument, a region’s requirements — you can override a letter for that brand without affecting the others.

  • A global letter is the default used by every brand that hasn’t overridden it.
  • An override replaces the global letter for one specific brand. Other brands keep using the global version.

The Templates page shows, for each letter, how many brands use the default and how many have overrides.

  1. Open the letter and choose to customize it for a specific brand (or, in the editor, save with the scope set to this brand only).
  2. Edit the wording for that brand and save.

That brand now uses its own version; everyone else is unchanged.

  • Diff — view a side-by-side comparison of the global letter and a brand’s override to see exactly what differs.
  • Revert to global — drop a brand’s override so it goes back to using the global letter.
  • Promote to global — if an override turned out to be better for everyone, promote it to become the new global default (optionally keeping it as that brand’s override too).
