Connect Gorgias
Connecting Gorgias lets DisputeDash check whether a disputing customer ever contacted your support team — powerful evidence for friendly-fraud cases where the customer claims a problem they never reported.
Gorgias connects with one click via OAuth — there are no API keys to copy. The connection is at the workspace level: one Gorgias account covers all your brands.

What DisputeDash reads
Section titled “What DisputeDash reads”Only whether the customer has prior tickets (matched by their email) and the date of the first one — not the content of any ticket. This feeds a line in the rebuttal letter such as “the customer never contacted support about this order,” or confirms a prior, resolved contact. If the lookup fails, the case still proceeds.
The permissions requested are read-only (customers:read, tickets:read); DisputeDash never writes to Gorgias.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Reconnect / disconnect any time from the same Gorgias card. Your connection refreshes automatically, so you won’t need to re-authorize.
- Unlike Zendesk, Gorgias has no per-brand scoping — the lookup matches the customer by email across your Gorgias account. If you connect both Zendesk and Gorgias, DisputeDash uses Zendesk first (it’s brand-scoped) and falls back to Gorgias.
