Brand assets

Your brand’s policy documents are direct evidence. When a customer agreed to your terms at checkout, attaching those terms to a dispute response is often what wins the case. Upload them once per brand and DisputeDash includes them automatically where they apply.

Upload each as a PDF in the brand’s Assets tab:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Refund Policy
  • Terms of Sale

You can replace or download any document later; DisputeDash keeps versions so the right one is attached to each case.

These documents back several evidence types — they’re the proof behind “the customer accepted our refund policy” or “the customer agreed to our terms.” Without them uploaded, those evidence items can’t be gathered, and your packets are weaker for reason categories that rely on them.
