Your notification preferences

Each person controls which notification emails they personally receive, from their Profile → Email notifications. This only affects your own inbox — it doesn’t change what your teammates get.

Set your preferences

Section titled “Set your preferences”
  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Under Email notifications, toggle each type on or off:
    • Usage limit warning
    • Payment issue
    • Upgrade suggestion
  3. Changes save as you make them.

Within what the workspace allows

Your admin can disable a notification for the whole workspace. If they have, you won’t receive that email even if you’ve turned it on here — the workspace setting takes precedence. See Workspace notification settings.
