Changing your plan
You manage your plan from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Plan changes require the Admin role.
Upgrading — immediate
Section titled “Upgrading — immediate”When you move to a higher plan, the change is immediate. You’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period right away, and your new, higher limits apply at once. Your renewal date doesn’t change.
Downgrading — at period end
Section titled “Downgrading — at period end”When you move to a lower plan, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan and its limits until then, with no refund for the remainder. A banner shows “Changing to {plan} on {date}” so you always know what’s coming.
Canceling
Section titled “Canceling”Canceling also takes effect at the end of the period (no refund). At that point your workspace drops to the free plan — your data and analytics remain, but automated dispute-fighting stops.
Undoing a scheduled change
Section titled “Undoing a scheduled change”A scheduled downgrade or cancellation can be reversed any time before it takes effect: select Undo on the pending-change banner (or Resume your subscription). Your plan simply continues unchanged.
From the free plan
Section titled “From the free plan”Upgrading from free sends you to secure checkout to enter payment. Your new plan activates once payment is confirmed. If you close checkout partway, you can finish anytime from Settings → Billing.
