Win-score prediction

The Win Score is an at-a-glance estimate of how strong a case’s evidence is, shown as a percentage on the case’s evidence package. It’s a quick guide to help you prioritize — not a guarantee of the outcome, which only the bank decides.

A higher score means the evidence package covers the points banks weigh most heavily. The score rises as the most persuasive evidence is gathered — in particular:

  • Delivery tracking that shows the order was delivered is the single biggest boost.
  • A completed rebuttal letter tying the evidence together.
  • A purchased shipping label.
  • Having all applicable evidence gathered, with no failed items.
  • Time remaining before the reply-by deadline.

A case only shows a Win Score once at least one evidence item has been gathered.

  • It is a fast way to spot which cases have the strongest evidence and which might need attention before you submit.
  • It isn’t a prediction of the bank’s decision, and it isn’t specific to your dispute reason or card network. Treat a lower score as a prompt to check whether an important evidence item failed or is missing — not as a reason to skip a case.
