Connect ClickFunnels
Connecting ClickFunnels as a checkout platform lets DisputeDash pull order and customer (contact) data as evidence. ClickFunnels is the source of order data, while the dispute itself is still fought on the underlying processor the order was charged on (Stripe, Payments AI, or external).
Generate an API token
Section titled “Generate an API token”- In ClickFunnels, open Settings → API and generate an API token for your workspace.
- Note your workspace subdomain — it’s the
{subdomain}in{subdomain}.myclickfunnels.com.
Connect a brand
Section titled “Connect a brand”- Go to Brands → Connections for the brand. (The Integrations page’s ClickFunnels card links you here.)
- Choose Add checkout platform → ClickFunnels.
- Enter your workspace subdomain and API token, then save.
- Click the Test connection (plug) icon — a successful test confirms the token and subdomain are valid.
What DisputeDash reads
Section titled “What DisputeDash reads”- Order and line items (product, quantity, price)
- The customer contact — name, email, phone
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Order total and currency
- Refund state
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- ClickFunnels does not support the automated fraud filter or refund block that UltraCart does.
- A ClickFunnels connection is for order data. Disputes are still fought on whichever payment processor the brand uses.
- You can connect a ClickFunnels workspace to each of your brands and manage everything from one workspace. See connecting multiple platforms.
