Playbook
Playbook shows you the evidence configurations that win most often across DisputeDash — aggregated and anonymized from every workspace — so you can adopt what’s proven to work for each dispute reason.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”For each reason code, Playbook compares your win rate with the network’s, highlights the +percentage-point improvement on offer, and shows which evidence you already capture versus what the network adds. It’s a direct answer to “what are the merchants who win this dispute type doing that I’m not?”
The comparison uses aggregated, anonymized results — you never see another merchant’s data, only the network-wide pattern.
Applying a recommendation
Section titled “Applying a recommendation”Admins can Apply as candidate to adopt a recommended evidence configuration, with an Undo if you change your mind. Applying it updates the evidence configuration for that reason so future disputes gather the recommended evidence.
