Signals
Signals watches your dispute activity and flags things worth your attention — automatically, every night. Each finding appears as a card you can read, act on, or dismiss.
What it detects
Section titled “What it detects”Signals looks for patterns and anomalies such as:
- a fraud spike or an unusual jump in disputes,
- carrier delivery problems (item-not-received clusters),
- a product with a rising dispute rate,
- a repeat disputer,
- a win-rate drop,
- support SLA issues,
- cold disputes approaching their deadline,
- subscription billing patterns,
- a new reason code appearing.
Findings are grouped by severity — High, Medium, Low.
Working with signals
Section titled “Working with signals”- Dismiss a card you don’t need to act on.
- Mark actioned once you’ve handled it, with an optional note for your team.
- Switch between the Active and Dismissed tabs to review.
- Admins can select Run now to run detection immediately instead of waiting for the nightly pass.
