Carrier tracking

Carrier tracking is managed by DisputeDash — there’s nothing to connect or configure. When a case needs delivery evidence, DisputeDash automatically looks up the tracking number and pulls the full carrier scan timeline, including the delivery date.

DisputeDash tracks across 1,200+ carriers, including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
  • Amazon Shipping
  • and most regional and international carriers

You don’t need your own account with any carrier or tracking provider — it’s included and handled centrally.

The carrier timeline becomes the Shipping details evidence on a case: a dated list of scan events ending in delivery. This is one of the most persuasive pieces of evidence for “item not received” disputes. See the evidence catalog.
