Insights analyzes your own resolved disputes and ranks where your win rate is leaking — so you know exactly where a change would recover the most money.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”Each insight identifies a place your results could improve, with a win-rate bar and an estimated dollar impact, such as:
- a coverage gap — an evidence type you’re not gathering that tends to win a given dispute type,
- a segment opportunity — a brand, processor, or reason where your win rate lags,
- a network benchmark — where you trail the aggregated results of other DisputeDash users.
Insights are ranked by impact, so the top of the list is where to focus first.
Acting on an insight
Section titled “Acting on an insight”Each insight links you to the fix — for example, adjusting your evidence configuration to close a coverage gap, or reviewing the affected disputes. Admins can select Run now to refresh the analysis on demand.
