Enterprise plans

Enterprise plans are for high-volume merchants and teams that need custom limits, pricing, or terms beyond the standard tiers. They’re set up and managed with your DisputeDash account team rather than self-serve.

  • Custom dispute volume, brands, processors, and users — typically unlimited.
  • Negotiated pricing, including a custom monthly rate and overage terms.
  • The full feature set — advanced analytics, Radar, API access, and custom templates.

Because the terms are negotiated, Enterprise plans aren’t changed from the self-serve billing controls. In Settings → Billing you’ll see that your plan is managed by your account team, with a way to get in touch.

To change limits, adjust your plan, or discuss renewal, contact your account team.
