What DisputeDash manages for you
Some services that power DisputeDash are run centrally by the platform — you never connect or configure them. If you’re looking for a setting to set one of these up, there isn’t one, and that’s by design. Here’s what’s handled for you.
Carrier tracking
Section titled “Carrier tracking”Delivery tracking across 1,200+ carriers is included and automatic. There’s no carrier or tracking-provider account to connect. See Carrier tracking.
Transactional email
Section titled “Transactional email”All email from DisputeDash — invites, verification links, password resets, and notifications — is sent by the platform. There’s no per-workspace SMTP or email configuration, so you won’t find (and don’t need) an email-server setting.
AI evidence enrichment
Section titled “AI evidence enrichment”DisputeDash uses AI to help interpret dispute reasons and generate rebuttal wording. This runs on the platform’s own models — nothing for you to set up or pay for separately.
Error monitoring
Section titled “Error monitoring”Application health and error monitoring run centrally so the DisputeDash team can keep the service reliable. This is invisible to your workspace.
Subscription billing
Section titled “Subscription billing”Your DisputeDash plan and payments are handled through the platform’s billing system. You manage your plan and payment method from Settings → Billing and the billing portal — not as an “integration.” See Plans & pricing.
