Connect Shippo
Shippo is connected once at the workspace level — a single API token covers your whole Shippo account and all your brands. DisputeDash uses it to retrieve shipping labels as evidence, matched by tracking number. It’s an alternative (or complement) to ShipStation: if both are connected, DisputeDash tries ShipStation first, then Shippo.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”A Shippo API token. In Shippo: Settings → API.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Go to Integrations → Fulfillment → Shippo → Connect.
- Paste your API token.
- Save, then select Test to confirm.
What it’s used for
Section titled “What it’s used for”Shippo provides the shipping label evidence — proof that a real label was purchased for the order. The delivery timeline (carrier scan events, delivery date) comes separately from carrier tracking, which is automatic.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Labels are matched by tracking number (Shippo has no order lookup), so the order’s tracking number must be present. DisputeDash scans your most recent Shippo transactions to find the match.
- ShipBob is not a label source. ShipBob’s API exposes tracking and delivery status only — it does not return the shipping label document — so DisputeDash does not use it for label evidence.
