Create your workspace
Your workspace is your company’s account in DisputeDash. It holds your brands, processor connections, team members, and every dispute. Creating one takes a minute and starts you on the free plan — no credit card required.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to app.disputedash.com/register.
- Enter:
- Workspace name — your company or store name (e.g. Acme Inc.). You can change this later.
- Work email — this becomes your login and the first admin account.
- Password — must be at least 12 characters and include at least one uppercase letter and one number.
- Choose a plan. You can pick a paid plan now or start free and upgrade later.
- Select Create workspace.
You’re signed in immediately and taken to your new workspace. A verification email is on its way — keep an eye out for it.
Which plan should I pick at signup?
Section titled “Which plan should I pick at signup?”- Starting free creates your workspace right away. You’ll see analytics for incoming disputes, but automated evidence-gathering stays locked until you upgrade.
- Choosing a paid plan sends you to secure checkout to enter payment. Your workspace is still created first — if you close checkout, you can finish paying anytime from Settings → Billing.
Whichever you choose, your workspace always begins on the free tier and is promoted to the paid plan once payment is confirmed. For a full comparison, see Plans & pricing.
