Radar overview

Radar is DisputeDash’s optimization suite — it watches your dispute data for problems worth acting on and helps you win a bigger share of the disputes you fight. It has four areas, grouped into Detect and Optimize.

Paid feature

All four Radar areas are plan-gated. On plans that don’t include a given area, you’ll see an Upgrade plan prompt in its place. See What’s plan-gated.

Detect

• Signals — nightly anomaly and pattern detection. Radar surfaces things like fraud spikes, carrier delivery problems, repeat disputers, and win-rate drops as cards you can act on or dismiss.

Optimize

• Insights — pinpoints where your win rate is leaking, based on your own resolved cases, and tells you what to fix.
• Playbook — network-proven evidence configurations per reason code, drawn from aggregated, anonymized results across DisputeDash, with a one-click way to adopt them.
• Experiments — A/B test a challenger evidence configuration or rebuttal letter against your current approach on a share of live disputes, and promote the winner.

Who can use it

Reading Radar is available to any team member on an eligible plan. Actions that change things — running detection on demand, applying a Playbook recommendation, starting or promoting an experiment — are Admin-only.
