The dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen — a time-scoped overview of how your disputes are trending across every brand. It’s where you spot problems early and see the value DisputeDash is recovering.
Filters at the top
Section titled “Filters at the top”- Date range — preset buttons (7d, 30d, 90d, 6mo, YTD) or a custom from/to range. Everything on the page respects this range.
- Brand — view all brands together or focus on one.
The stat cards
Section titled “The stat cards”Four headline numbers for the selected period, each with a period-over-period change:
- Open cases — disputes still in progress (select it to jump to the Disputes list).
- Total value — the total amount under dispute.
- Win rate — the share of decided disputes you won (pre-arbitration cases are excluded so the number reflects genuine wins).
- Revenue recovered — the value of disputes you won.
The charts
Section titled “The charts”- Win rate over time and Disputes by reason — see whether you’re improving and what’s driving disputes.
- Monthly disputes & outcome and Disputes by processor — volume and outcomes broken down, with a Count / Value toggle.
- Disputes by card network and Disputes by country — where disputes come from.
The attention banner
Section titled “The attention banner”When cases need you, a banner appears at the top: how many are nearing their deadline and how many are stuck gathering evidence, with a link straight to them. It’s the fastest way to catch anything time-sensitive.
Advanced analytics
Section titled “Advanced analytics”A deeper analytics section — win rate by reason, by brand, and by processor, plus repeat-disputer detection — is available on all plans, including Free.
