Multiple checkout platforms
A single brand can have more than one checkout platform connected at the same time. This is useful if you’re migrating between platforms, or if a brand’s orders are split across two systems.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Each checkout platform you connect to a brand has a priority. When DisputeDash needs to look up an order for a dispute, it tries each connected platform in priority order and uses the first one that finds the order. Lower priority number = tried first.
The same fallback applies to other checkout actions, like writing a merchant note or blocking a refund — DisputeDash uses the first platform that can complete the action.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- Mid-migration — you’re moving a brand from one platform (say UltraCart) to another (say Shopify). Keep both connected so disputes on old and new orders can still resolve their order data.
- Split product lines — different products for the same brand check out through different systems.
