Passwords

You manage your password from your Profile, or reset a forgotten one from the sign-in page.

Password rules

Every password must be:

• at least 12 characters,
• with at least one uppercase letter,
• and at least one number.

Change your password

1. Go to your Profile → Change password.
2. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
3. Save.

For security, changing your password signs out your other sessions and issues a fresh one.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. If an account exists, a reset link is sent (valid for 1 hour).
3. Follow the link and set a new password.

Resetting your password also clears any account lock and signs out existing sessions.

Note

For your security, the forgot-password screen always says a link was sent, whether or not an account exists for that email — so no one can use it to discover who has an account.
