Products
Adding your brand’s products gives DisputeDash the order-page screenshot evidence — an image of what the customer saw when they bought, showing the offer, price, and terms. This is persuasive for “product unsatisfactory” and “incorrect amount” disputes, where what was presented at checkout is the whole argument.
Add a product
Section titled “Add a product”- Open the brand and go to the Products tab.
- Select Add product.
- Enter the product name and description, and upload an image or PDF of its order/checkout page.
- Save.
You can preview a product’s image and remove products you no longer sell.
How it’s used
Section titled “How it’s used”When a dispute involves a product, DisputeDash matches it to your saved products and includes the order-page screenshot as evidence. The product details can also appear in rebuttal letters. See the evidence catalog.
