Workspace notification settings

Admins control notifications for the entire workspace from Settings → Notifications. This is a master switch: turning a notification off here stops it for every member, regardless of their personal preferences.

Each notification type has a workspace-level toggle. When it’s on, DisputeDash may send it (subject to each person’s own preference). When it’s off, the notification is suppressed for the whole workspace — no one receives it.

Because the workspace switch is checked first, it always wins over an individual’s setting: if an admin disables a notification here, a member can’t re-enable it for themselves.

  • This page (admins): decides which notifications are allowed for the workspace at all.
  • Personal preferences (everyone): within what the workspace allows, each member chooses which emails they personally receive.
