Roles & permissions
Every team member has one of three roles. Roles control what someone can see and do in your workspace — from full configuration access down to read-only.
The three roles
Section titled “The three roles”- Admin — full access. Admins configure integrations, brands, templates, automation, billing, and the team, and can work cases end to end.
- Reviewer — can view cases and submit dispute responses, but can’t change workspace configuration.
- Viewer — read-only. Can see cases and analytics but not submit or change anything.
Choosing a role
Section titled “Choosing a role”- Give Admin to the people who set up and run DisputeDash.
- Give Reviewer to team members who work the daily dispute queue — reviewing evidence and submitting — without needing to touch settings.
- Give Viewer to stakeholders who just need visibility into dispute performance.
