Connect ShipStation

ShipStation is connected once at the workspace level — a single API key covers your whole ShipStation account and all your brands. DisputeDash uses it to retrieve shipping labels as evidence.

  1. Go to Integrations → Fulfillment → ShipStation → Connect.
  2. Paste your API key.
  3. Save, then select Test to confirm.

ShipStation provides the shipping label evidence — proof that a real label was purchased for the order. The delivery timeline (carrier scan events, delivery date) comes separately from carrier tracking, which is automatic.

Labels are matched by tracking number. If a brand’s labels aren’t being found, confirm the order’s tracking number is correct and present.
