Plans & pricing
DisputeDash is a flat monthly fee — you never pay a percentage of what you recover. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of disputes; if you go over, overages are billed per dispute at your plan’s rate.

All plans include unlimited brands, processor accounts, and team members — plans differ by dispute volume and which features are unlocked, not by how many stores or users you can add. Your live limits and entitlements are always shown in Settings → Billing.
The free plan
Section titled “The free plan”Free is for seeing the problem before you commit. DisputeDash logs your incoming disputes and shows full analytics — volume, reasons, win history, and the advanced breakdowns — but it does not fight them: automated evidence-gathering and submission are off. It’s a genuine free tier, no credit card required.
What each paid tier adds
Section titled “What each paid tier adds”Each tier includes everything below it, plus:
- Starter — turns on the core product: automated evidence gathering and submission, custom rebuttal templates, CSV export, review / auto-submit controls, and dispute overages.
- Growth — adds Radar Signals and Radar Insights.
- Scale — adds Radar Playbook, Radar Experiments, and API access.
- Enterprise — everything in Scale with custom limits and pricing.

Choosing and changing
Section titled “Choosing and changing”Upgrade from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. See Changing your plan.
Enterprise
